This design will make people wonder how you did it without getting the popcorn and cranberries wet. It's our old favorite - the container inside a container trick. Here I used a simple rose bowl and recycled cottage cheese tub. Floral foam is placed inside the tub and surrounded by air-popped popcorn and a bag of cranberries. Redwood greens are inserted throughout (fir or pine would work well, too). Eight or nine roses, carnations, mums or other winter flowers are used to reflect the color of the berries. Remove the cap of the ornaments and insert bamboo skewers or flower stems and place them at different levels. The kermit mums add a zap of color and the curly willow provides rhythm. A festive bow adds the finishing touch.
