The colors for this baby shower were blue, orange and beige. Sapphire hydrangeas and flaming orange lilies and roses fit the floral bill. The beige was brought in with the inexpensive baby bib, along with most baby's first finger food - Cheerios!
I found that a cut-down 2 litre soda bottle works best with the round, rose bowl containers. Notice how it's cut to the same height as the vase. Pre-soaked floral foam was inserted into the plastic bottle. Next I added the cereal and greens, followed by the hydrangeas, lilies and roses. Pussy willow and the playful bib provided the final touches to this centerpiece that proved to be quite the hit at the party.
